Pros

People are very friendly. The office environment is not very corporate. More women work here than any other company I've seen at this size.

Cons

Disorganized processes. Progress seems slow-moving and focussed on small details rather than big picture changes. Little team structure makes advancement not meaningful.

Pros

Good wlb Good company culture

Cons

- low compensation , one of the lowest yearly increments among tech companies. Upper management don't care. They have already sold company and got their share. Many hard working good employees have leave the org in last few years because of this. - no extra benefits nothing at all - they are all talk and talk but in reality they don't like to spend two cents for employees benefits. - after private aquisition they don't even have stock option, can you believe? A tech company with no stock option.
