Pros

$200 monthly stipend, remote work

Cons

If you enjoy being overworked and underpaid, then this is the place for you. Be prepared to be overworked like never before. Frequent mandatory OT on your Friday and even on company holidays. They’ll tell you to practice self care, but these people aren’t actually caring. You’ll have to spend your holiday that’s supposedly a company paid day off to work and not actually focus on you and have a day of rest. If you love cliques, then you’ll also love it here. You feel like you’re back in school. EVERYONE gossips, everyone’s overly sensitive, and you will feel like you don’t fully belong or fit in. They have their favorites and it shows. Also, good luck moving up. There is little growth even though they'll tell you there's so much opportunity. Overall, it really is a toxic work environment and you will be constantly stressed.

Pros

- Used to be a decent company that believed in its employees

Cons

- Nepotism runs rampant. Many people have ascended into leadership positions they shouldn't be in. - Continued quiet lay offs will happen as part of the company's strategy. - The lack of commitment on bringing an equity component shows the company's short sighted vision as it relates to retaining people - Favoritism and relationship with leaders will take you higher than working hard

Pros

Great snacks, fun parties, great work life balance

Cons

Optics-based performance reviews Workers are promoted based on time & seniority rather than any quantifiable contribution to the business Highly nepotistic hiring culture There are a lot of people who have risen up in management over the years who are really not qualified to be in leadership positions Most of HR makes personally biased decisions re: people operations
