Cons
Management team is super weak. CEO seems to like to surround himself with people who are younger and less experienced than he is. Most of the execs have no idea what they're doing. And CEO's habitual tantrums and incessant need to control everything make for an entire org that waits on his every word and never wants to disagree with him. It slows things to a crawl and represses the insights/opinions that CEO desperately needs to hear. Instead, the only views that make it to his ears other than his own are that of sycophants. Multiple of them have weaseled their way to the VP level that way. Combine that with a culturally engrained mindset of not wanting to change or take risks and you end up with a pretty weak company.
