Pros

-Nice co-workers -Comfortable office space -Location right off the highway -Free lunch every day

Cons

-The company does very little for employee growth. They believe a new job title equates to employee growth. -The company is led by a CEO who does not trust his employees to do their job. It's very hard to advance in the company unless you are a young woman who dresses like she is going out in Vegas. -leadership on most levels is lacking as they do not have the courage to stand up to the CEO -Employee perks are very superficial mainly Happy Hours. Not much is done long term like 401(k) matching or maternity/paternity leave.

Mediocre at best

Pros

Fun environment, most genuinely nice people

Cons

pay is not competitive no 401K legacy issues with those that have been with the company for multiple years not wanting to be innovative or make changes to the way things are no matter the size or scaling of the business. Needs change as we grow but no one seems to care or take notice. This company does NOT PLAN ANYTHING. It is very much reactive rather than proactive and saying it's a startup and that's how they're run only works when it actually is a startup. This is a public company now but the leadership does not match that mindset feels like a sorority :/

Pros

- great health insurance - lots of free food - despite itself, Poshmark is somehow doing well

Cons

- no guidance. there's a growth plan that every employee has but nothing is done. - sexist upper management - favoritism - women undermining other women - toxic, gossipy, backstabbing environment - great maternity leave, but having a child is a setback - perception of your role is more important than your actual contribution
