Fun environment, most genuinely nice people

Cons

pay is not competitive no 401K legacy issues with those that have been with the company for multiple years not wanting to be innovative or make changes to the way things are no matter the size or scaling of the business. Needs change as we grow but no one seems to care or take notice. This company does NOT PLAN ANYTHING. It is very much reactive rather than proactive and saying it's a startup and that's how they're run only works when it actually is a startup. This is a public company now but the leadership does not match that mindset feels like a sorority :/

Great atmosphere. Everyone is very nice and willing to help. They believe in seniority and working your way up.

Cons

Seniority can also be a con because most people start entry level and have to work up. Even if they’re capabilities seem otherwise. Also it’s not a traditional M-F schedule. Mostly Wed-Sunday, Tues-Sat or Thurs-Mon
