Pros

+ Opportunities to work cross-functionally, and have ownership of projects + Career growth discussions encouraged to ensure employee satisfaction + Extremely friendly work environment across all teams (in-person and remote) + Great perks! And keeps getting better (in-person and remote) + Leadership is always open to and asking for employee feedback

Cons

- Like any startup, growth pains. People more often than not wear more than 1 hat, so it’s a bit hard to balance work-life at times (this is also dependent on role). However, management is super supportive of you taking time off to recharge!
