Its pointless to mention things like.. ' good work environment, culture, flexibility, freedom ' , because nowadays these have become the very basic and common 'necessity' of any other good workplace. So what gives POSHMARK an edge over others?.. THE PEOPLE ! People here have a WEIRD skillset. They are super-smart with a great sense of humour. If you want to talk to them about technology, they become as geeky as one can get. But the next moment they might say something hilarious to make you laugh your head off. Everyone is chilled out and genial. There is no unnecessary drama. All in all everyday I enjoy waking up and going to work. I laugh, learn, work and laugh once again !
Cons
Few people are funny at the wrong time. I choked once while having my lunch. He/She didn't repeat it though.
