Pros

- Amazing culture full of smart, funny, helpful people willing to mentor and who genuinely care about your progression as an engineer - Management does a good job of making even the junior engineers feel valued and trusted. - I myself am not a bootcamp grad but I do think it's awesome that the company hires and values bootcamp grads. - Good work-life balance. The company is performing really well. People in engineering are happy and in good spirits. - The company frequently celebrates its achievements and milestones with in-office festivities - Standard bay area tech company perks like free lunch and snacks, great health insurance, and shuttle from nearby train station. Overall, I consider myself fortunate to work for such an awesome company.

Cons

I genuinely have zero complaints. I'm really happy here.

Pros

Great work culture, free lunches everyday, competitive benefits and growth opportunities. Lenient work hours, WFH is flexible, smart coworkers who are at the top of their fields, and business is doing very well. Top management is humble, transparent, and genuinely good people. New office space is great as well. Happy hours every Thursday, people play ping pong often as well. Every successful feature launch is celebrated with a team lunch. PMHQ is definitely a special place to work at!

Pros

* Poshmark is an amazing place to work with the latest technologies, varieties of projects and great people from diverse backgrounds. * Great work-life balance and they really do embrace the weirdness of an employee; Games, free food and snacks. * Open culture with a lot of freedom to explore and they are always happy to help both professionally and personally. * No hierarchy, micromanagement or politics; It is a place for self-motivated and passionate employees. * It is a fast-growing company and also expanding globally; Less dependencies on people working at other locations and they are also happy to help anytime.

Cons

No cons, just a few suggestions: * More regular outings can be organised; free cab facilities and catered food daily would be great. * Better focus can be made on giving opportunities for employees to showcase innovative ideas, hackathons, patents,etc. * As the company grows, more documentation and training need to be done and the required processes can be streamlined better.
