Very mentally trying job, no support for new incoming RBT’s, no training other than the accreditation for RBT, they assign you your first client and are left to figure things out with the client. If you don’t have a good BCBA that is not already overworked, u can ask some questions but even then you still don’t see them often. Sometimes once a week, every 2 weeks, or a month. I worked here for an entire year and I felt like I never had a real sense of direction despite loving the field.
