      Great training and BCBAs

      Pros

      Pay per hour is one of the best I’ve seen for an RBT or a BT. They pay for training for your certification and it’s very informative. The BCBAs are very supportive and the website used for data collection and entering hours is easy to navigate.

      Cons

      Some kiddos insurance requires the RBT certification so in order to start working with the specific client, you’ll need to finish the training assessment and test quickly. Not exactly a con, but the process of obtaining the certification can take a bit longer than expected

      Very satisfying work, I get to see the progress that the client is making first hand.

      Cons

      Very physical sometimes. I have to get down on the floor and up a lot throughout the session. No pay if client cancels.
