a lot of variability in how each case is programmed depending on BCBA's not the most supportive work environement as a BCaBA I didn't feel like I had a lot of opportunities to learn and grow lack of consistent supervision lack of consistent pay - easily remove employees from salary to hourly - instability/lack of reliability lack of understanding/accounting for things out of the therapists' control - client illness, cancellations and its impact on hours billed a lot of emphasis on the utilization of hours, not enough on client progress and employers growth
