Pros

Supportive, consistent, reliable. I started with PBS as a Behavior Assistant and am now a part of the leadership team. PBS leaders encourage growth for all staff, both in the field and within the company. Flexible scheduling, innovative technical tools, and a Student Analyst program that truly prepares you for the field are all pros!

Cons

No cons! I have been with the company for over a decade!

Pros

Team PBS allows for flexibility, advancement in career, creating your own schedule, and professional growth with qualified supervisors.

Cons

Scheduling out clients can be difficult. Clients may cancel without notice, even after you're at the residence, and you get no compensation.

Pros

Flexible schedule and supportive team — many employees report being able to set their own hours, work with helpful supervisors, and access things like free CEUs and mentorship programs, which can be especially valuable for professional growth and work-life balance.

Cons

Inconsistent communication and operational issues — reviews frequently mention poor communication from management, disorganized systems (scheduling/tech tools), last-minute client cancellations affecting pay, and variability in hours available, which can make the job feel unstable or stressful
