      Not great communication because most things are done via email or their online portal.

We do want to mention that our Central Florida team does have a physical administrative location, and our Regional Coordinators are available in person or via Skype / phone, if you do have questions / concerns that you would like addressed.

      Thank you for taking the time to offer feedback! PBS is proud to offer some of the highest hourly rates for RBTs in the ABA field. Our behavior technicians are instrumental in our services and PBS could not do what we do without our dedicated employees (like you!). We do know it can be tough when a client cancels unexpectedly, which is why we have an attendance policy that all clients are notified of at the beginning of services. If you are having a client who is habitually cancelling, please be sure to communicate your concerns with your Behavior Analyst and regional leadership team!
