They basically put warm bodies in positions so it is really hard in some places to get the support from supervisors you need.

Pros

Good schedule, good pay, nice employee events, offer benefits, hire very quick when a position is open.

Cons

Favoritism for some employees, depends who you are. Lack of trust between coworkers, a lot of office gossip, drama. High school environment. Not good training when you start. One day you are told one thing, the next they change things. Lacks consistency and fairness. Not enough space, somewhat disorganized. SharePoint crashes all the time.
