Pros

Great work environment, good schedule, CEO is an incredible guy and humble person, awesome benefits, company is growing tremendously and give employees room to growth.

Cons

So far nothing to complain about. Even during the hurricane they took good care of us. The system is a little slow sometimes but nothing really major.

Pros

Clients can be wonderful to work with, Flexible hours, Company is in multiple states, hire almost anyone so its a good spring board if you just graduated college or are still in college

Cons

Company feels disorganized, lack of communication between management, company makes you pay for training which can be expensive on your part time salary, lack of trust between certain supervisors and management, Sharepoint (the online system) is always glitching, not a pleasant place to work, However, if you get an organized supervisor who is on top of their case you could have a good experience. No benefits at this level
