      Pros

      I love the experience that I have had thus far while working with PD and can’t wait to see what comes next! It is a growing company and the work is fun and meaningful. Working alongside others who care about what they do and do it with love, has been such an amazing experience too!

      -Fulfilling work, feels like you're truly making a difference in the client's lives. -The team is very supportive - Flexible schedule - Online training

      Cons

      - Onboarding and matching with a client can be tough due to limited clients in the area but that isn't necessarily the company's fault (other than that the company is great!)

      Pros

      I've never worked for a company that is more supportive and caring for their employees! This has truly been my best career move ever. Filled with forward and innovative thinkers- the clinical leadership is second to none!

      Cons

      TRULY, I have not found a CON yet. I'm grateful and thankful to be a part of a team, nationwide, who communicates, cares, and is motivated to change the lives of the people we work with!
