Start up hurdles but great, fun company

You get to create your own schedule! There are also many great learning/training opportunities that you get paid for.

Cons

They are somewhat of a start-up still, so there were some onboarding hurdles. For example, it took a month to find clients. However, the people there are amazing, and I immediately felt included by my supervisor and others.

They walk the talk, every single day. You're treated like a person, not a commodity. The level of respect and collaboration and trust throughout has been phenomenal and like nothing I've ever experienced in a job. I feel so proud to work here, and so proud of the work we're doing for families.

supportive team pretty reasonable pay different areas to work in, if you are willing to drive

Cons

hours starting out training is online, working is in person, so things can be mistranslated but easy to clear up with supervisor
