      Pros

      As a recent graduate, I loved working here through college and plan to continue afterwards. Such a supportive team and model, I have such a great relationships with all my clients and their families.

      It can be a bit confusing finding information about interior promotions but was able to find out through supervisor

      Pros

      Positive Development is truly a mission-driven organization. The values are real, and the work feels meaningful — you genuinely feel like you’re helping change the autism care landscape for families who need support. The clinical leaders are incredibly strong, and there is a deep culture of compassion and care, both for clients and for one another. Leadership and staff are passionate, and people show up because they believe in what PD is building.

      Cons

      As a fast-growing organization, there are real growing pains. Systems and processes are still evolving, and staffing shortages in frontline paraprofessional roles can make scheduling and service delivery logistically challenging at times. Limited payer contracts in some markets also means having to turn families away, which is difficult for teams committed to helping.
