The clinicians and staff are deeply committed to a shared vision of making a positive difference in the lives of children with Autism. Everyone is so passionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated! It's an extremely uplifting and motivational work environment.

Cons

Change is common as they grow and continually refine operations, so you have to stay flexible. But that also means there is lots of room to grow with them.
