      Pros

      Joining Positive Development is easily the best career decision I've ever made. Everyone is passionate about the work we do and happy to help out where they can. Leadership trusts their employees and provides the tools, support, and freedom to excel. Growth is very strategic and purposeful - hiring does a great job at bringing on very qualified employees. Impressive benefits and good work/life balance and culture.

      As with any company, working remotely has its challenges.

      training, communication, support, program, inner company growth

      Cons

      Nobody ever contacted me to develop a schedule once training was over and I was financially struggling at the time. There was no set schedule. Only work here as a BT if you have other income or this is for fun or for experience job. I don't suggest students work here, they won't accommodate your schedule.
