      Pros

      The NJ PD office has been nothing but positivity, collaboration, high energy, motivation, and fun. They prioritize our access to continuing education and provide endless resources to learn and learn and learn, making you a stronger clinician each day. They encourage you to use your own unique therapeutic use of self and background into all your work. I feel my team always has my back and I can go to anyone for advice or a second opinion. I feel like I can be myself and I feel inspired by my workers around me. I’ve never seen a more compassionate group of people.

      Cons

      Clinic hours are not a traditional 9-5 job but PD is very flexible with finding a schedule that works for you and adapts to your needs very easily.

      Pros

      Positive Development offers an innovative new choice in autism therapy. While growing fast, quality is never sacrificed. It's rare in organizations that every team member believes in the vision and in delivering the highest quality of services, but that is what I see at Positive Development. Open and honest communication is always encouraged and each team member is respected as a valued part of a team. Together, we make a tremendous impact on families lives and it's an honor to be a part of it!

      Cons

      As a new organization, we are still in the process of solidifying all of our systems and adding talented, passionate, and authentic members to our team. This will always be a work in progress, but thankful it's always a collaborative process!
