This is a mission driven company that cares about the growth and development of each employee and we make a difference every day for the families we work with. It's amazing working with passionate experts. Together we collaboratively create and implement DIR therapy programs for families. Children are happier and calmer and therapists and therapy assistance feel proud of the support they provide to the families they work with. This is a fast growing mission driven company.

Cons

As a new organization we are always learning new and better ways to provide therapy services. This job requires high energy and good problem solving skills.
