Pros

Pay, union, some potential for advancement but only because people quit frequently.

Cons

They replaced the companies computer system with one that makes us less productive. They removed doors, they added walls. They took away break rooms and forced us all in the same break room and then they still segregate us. New ridiculous sanitation policies that leave the floor sticky in some areas. You have to spray your boots when entering different areas and it makes it slippery and unsafe. Too much over time. 12 hour shifts.

Pros

I liked the free cereal. I enjoyed my hours , no weekends. Most of the employees were kind and helpful

Cons

My team - Facilities, were back stabbers. They were fake to my face, but quick to backstab me. The part time receptionist did the bare minimum, which I always went above and beyond. Yet she is still working there. They expected me to do the job of 3 people, which I did. I got terminated because my emails weren't professional and I put emoji's in my emails. I had a ton of employees tell me they loved my emails and it made their day. A person on my team complained everyday about how much she couldn't stand our boss. Upper management obviously didn't like me. I saw so many hundreds of employees come and go everyday. You are just a number, they don't care about you as an asset to Post.

Pros

company is making money, benefits are "ok"

Cons

Senior Management doesn't let people do their jobs and what they are hired for, toxic environment, a lot of turnover, there are trust issues with working from home but other departments are allowed to do so fulltime
