Low margin business so it runs lean. Compensation is fair but not as high as other companies in the industry.

Pros

Decent benefits, good work life balance. Company is trying to grow.

Cons

Headquarter culture is not great. HR needs to be more involved with curbing retaliatory and targeting behaviors. Some senor leaders are rude and unprofessional. Employees seem to have no recourse when these behaviors occur.
