Pros

Overall the team is good and the environment is not stressful. The company takes care of workers for the most part and much of the plant staff has been there for a long time and believes in the mission.

Cons

Management (especially corporate) does have some issues. I've been told that DEI trumped in-house and already proven hires for plant manager twice (the individual in place had been a Post employee with experience from Utah) with resulting length of service for two combined managers being less than 5 months. Some plant promotion decisions (beyond those by corporate influence) have been highly questionable and the ability of certain people in plant management to slide away from responsibility for bad decisions while assuming responsibility for decisions they weren't even involved in is quite remarkable.
