Pros

Post Consumer Brands is a good size - we get the benefits and resources of a large company, with the opportunities of a smaller/medium-size company. Leadership is accessible and friendly, and it's not as difficult to get face time as I've had at other large companies. There is a commitment to growth and process improvement to be more competitive, which makes me excited for the future. I feel like leadership really listens, and it's rewarding to have an impact on the company culture I'd like to see moving forward. The people are my favorite part of this company. There's a friendly, collaborative culture, and a commitment to excellence. Workplace bullies and other unpleasant types tend to get screened out - which is a HUGE plus. People are eager to help, and it's helped tremendously with my development here. There are also Employee Resource Groups and other programs (mentorship, etc.) that provide an added layer of support. Benefits are great - I get a 6% 401(K) match after a year of employment, which is hard to beat. Also eligible for annual bonuses. Family-friendly atmosphere and a respect for personal space and time. My manager treats me like an adult and I have a lot of control over my schedule, as well as how I like to get my work done. I feel like a valued member of the company with an ability to make an impact on high-visibility projects, and a general desire to have fun at work.

Cons

Lack of comprehensive formal onboarding - this is an opportunity for the company to more quickly onboard employees. Lots of change over the past year - which I actually think will lead to a much better future, but has been difficult as far as processes constantly changing.

Pros

--Transparent leadership team --Great R&D and innovation pipeline --Flat hierarchy where you can make a difference --Flexible hybrid work at HQ

Cons

--The marketplace over the last several years has been extremely challenging. PCB is shifting and learning based on these challenges, but making shifts within the org can be slow. --There's been a good amount of change the last few years. While I think the majority of it has been the right changes, it doesn't make it easy.
