      Pros

      Authentic and genuine people that work here at every level. It's a fun industry and you get free cereal to take home! Flexible environment that offers hybrid roles at corporate.

      Cons

      Work/life balance has been a challenge for some groups that have worked through tough external factors in pandemic but overall it doesn't feel internally competitive.

      Good hourly wage for area

      Cons

      You will work 7 days a week some 84 hour weeks. Medical insurance is terrible. I was recently diagnosed with metastatic cancer and they cancelled my insurance and forced me to get COBRA. Never been treated so badly in my entire life
