Pros

Job security is strong for people who are reliable and willing to work. People aren’t micromanaged if they know what they are doing.

Cons

Benefits are mediocre. Great parental paid time off plan but other paid time off plans are lacking. Not a lot of incentive for long term employees. The plant is not climate controlled and required uniforms are hot.

Pros

Good work/life balance Pay was ok

Cons

Management was terrible had all been turned over in the past 18 months for what I can only believe to be cheaper, more incompetent people. They refused to listen to the people with actual experience. If you can say, Yes boss, right away boss, that’s the greatest idea, boss! You are good to go. Since POST took over, the business has been on a steady decline from what it used to be!
