Pros

I love my manager and nearly everyone I work with. Pay is fair.

Cons

Benefits are pretty slim and don't sound to be getting better. One major challenge is that the newly minted CCO really needs to let his leaders lead. There's a lot of meddling and delays to projects based on him (and select others) trying to change course at the last moment. This has costs including but at all limited to lost profit.

Pros

Ok salary, easy to earn time off, training available

Cons

Bad upper management-favoritism protects the worst employees from the layoffs PCB kept quiet in July. Great place to work if you enjoy being disrespected.
