Decent Company to Work For with some Negatives

Business Outlook

Pros

Decent pay, great people, trying to maintain a small-company culture

Cons

Execs too focused on profits and forget that they need to make safe, quality food. Too lean employee-wise with barely enough staff to manage day-to-day work, let alone upset conditions or crisis or integrations of other businesses.
