Pros

Although Post Consumer Brands has locations across the US and beyond, it retains the feel of a small company. Top management sincerely cares about the people working there and it shows in the details. A favorite perk is free milk and cereal, all day long, every day! Even the CEO will wander into the lunchroom for a bowl cereal.

Cons

Currently rather top heavy, that is, maybe too many manager layers.
