Pros

People first culture that values employees, consumers. Strong collaboration , team culture, open environment that encourages honest communication and idea sharing. Genuine respect for others, with a passion and commitment for succeeding as a team. Excellent benefits, time off, work/life balance. Autonomy to make decisions that contribute to the success of the organization. Health and wellness program, onsite yoga, nurse, break room.

Cons

Some may be challenged with less structure, less process than larger organizations. Corporate office in Lakeville may be a tough commute for some.

A hidden gem

Pros

Very little politics and very few ego-driven leaders. PCB generally hires great people who work well together. Because of the relatively flat organization, people can really make an impact quickly without battling layers of hierarchy. If you have (or want) a real life outside of work, it's going to be hard to beat the work/life balance at PCB. People aren't chained to their devices 24/7 and are given the opportunity to make the most of their work day without endless interruption (this is not a let's "meet-to have a meeting- to schedule the next meeting" kind of culture).

Cons

Limited process and direction so you're going to have to enjoy figuring things out but this is encouraged and valued. Limited diversity although there seems to be a real focus and investment on adding diverse talent to the organization. Location - Lakeville isn't the sexiest place to work but if you live in the area or driving against traffic to get to/from work, it's a pretty good deal - just don't expect a lot of gourmet coffee shops or chic lunch spots nearby.
