Good pay with decent benefits.

Hourly pay was good, but did make up for the time you were away from your family

Cons

Worked 60 to 90 hours a week. Didn't have a life with your family

Pros

Company values sound great on paper. Only cereal company thats growing.

Cons

Highly political and leadership team that does not care about employees. Very resistant to change. Dont get fooled by the outward display of great values - lot of unethical behaviors displayed by management teams.
