Solid Values that are genuine - not corporate speak Aggressively committed to growth and keeping up with changing market Great Culture Talented team Broad jobs with a lot of personal development

Cons

Competitive landscape in CPG is tough and our category albeit large is challenged due to growing choices For some south metro location is limiting geographically If you are only interested in upward mobility - you may find the size and flat nature of the company limiting for "promotions"
