Pros

Great work/life balance, summer Fridays and no expectation of checking emails at night or on weekends.

Cons

Senior leadership often can't seem to align and make decisions. Lots of passive aggressive people overall at the company. Stated company values are great but leadership often does not live them or lead by example. 3G type model with focus entirely on EBITDA which will hamper any long term growth. Limited career advancement opportunities.
