Pros

Never a dull moment, something new everyday.Great people working together to blend two old cereal companies into one big modern company with a united and shared vision for the future.

Cons

Teething pains like all big mergers with each company jockeying for dominance but realizing only one gets to make the call. Painful when your company isn't the call maker.
