Pros

decent amount of vacation time

Cons

With the acquisition, all management moved to MOM employees. Have tried to do too much too fast and are feeling the pain. Disorganized, lack of leadership across the board and lack of involvement from functional VPs. Wish PHI was more involved. Culture of the company has been greatly damaged. Very silo'd, little collaboration, too many "cooks in the kitchen".

Going down hill.

Pros

You wear a uniform so you don't wear out your own cloths.

Cons

There are to many managers and none of them are on the same page. There is no consistency. They adjust the hours according to sales. Health Insurance is not good. The wages look good but you put a lot out of your own pocket for health care. They make you use CVS for prescriptions. It makes it hard in a small town that has no CVS's in there area. Your just there to do a job. There is no self satisfaction. There is no moving up in the company unless you have a degree. There hire process is through temps lately so it is rare they find a good employee so the team members that have been there a while are over worked and not appreciated. It is just expected.
