Pros

I've been working in the private sector for over 10 years and have yet to see a company that treats it's employees as well as Post. Not only are they a group of professionals all working towards the same goals, they create a "family like" atmosphere and work life balance like non-other.

Cons

Closing the NJ office and moving HQ to Minnesota.

Pros

Employees are proud of the food we produce. Streamlined management levels in the corporate side. Lots of responsibility pushed down.

Cons

New management. Twice the number of people with half the profit structure model. Silo structure.
