Pros

- Very values and mission driven. Care about customers. - Extremely smart team who hold themselves to a high standard - Huge potential in the business (it's growing fast and there's room to advance) - Good management. Capable, transparent, and open to hearing ideas from all places. - Founders care a lot about the team

Cons

It's fully remote, so if you like a bubbly in-person culture Postscript probably isn't for you. However, everyone is nice, collaborates a lot on video calls (US time zones only makes it easy), and we do full team retreats 3 times per year. With those things, plus the in-person onboarding, it's pretty easy to feel connected and have visibility into what others are doing.

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback! The environment here at Postscript is one we are very proud of - despite being a fully remote company, our teams are very connected and well-aligned. In addition to video collaboration, in-person onboarding (pre COVID-19 and hopefully again in the near future), and team retreats (same note as in-person onboarding) we also recommend that all employees take some time each week, even if just a few minutes, to set up "coffee chats" with other team members to get to know each other better or just hang out. As we expand our People team, we are mixing in fun monthly company events too (in March we had a company-wide St. Patty's Day trivia event and are currently having a friendly competition for March Madness - NCAA Tournament - with cash prizes for the top winners)! There are many ways we can take these connection opportunities even further and we appreciate your recommendations. Open office hours, social co-working times, and cross-team presentation efforts will continue to be brought to life and expanded! Thanks for keeping it real. -Cailee

Pros

-Amazing people who are genuinely kind, incredibly smart and motivated. -Ability to have extreme high impact in your role -Continuous learning- 5 years in and I'm challenged more in my role now than years prior -Growth opportunities for high performance -Remote-first environment but still can meet up in person -Very AI-Forward which is good for career development -Exciting product direction & future ahead

Cons

Postscript is not for everyone. It's extremely fast-paced and priorities can change frequently. If you are looking to coast, this isn't the place. As with a lot of startups, Postscript has gone through some ups and downs over the years but I feel more energized than ever of where the company is headed.
