Toxic Management creates TOXIC work environment.

Pros

If it's the only place that will hire you within a 100 mile radius than I guess that's a pro.

Cons

Over worked. Under paid. No family life. Horrible hours. POOR management, I cannot stress enough how bad the management is here. There is absolutely NO interpersonal communication between management and staff. Your personal life reduces production time is the way they see it. Management belittles you and looks down on you. The job itself is as expected from that line of work, but the place is run by Neanderthals. DO NOT WORK HERE. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. I wouldn't have even rated it at one star but it forced me to.

Great workers, terrible management

Pros

There is really a sense of camaraderie among the workers and it is a great place to build relationships

Cons

Management in 2014-2016 was not doing a good job. There was a lot of finger pointing and blaming and a lot of turnover. They didn't care much about their employees or about loyalty. Lots of miscommunication between those in the main office and those on the production floor. Be careful if you are looking for a stable position at this company. Could be a very toxic work environment at times.

Pros

The have a really good owner and leadership team that provides many opportunites to learn new things and branch out.

Cons

One of the cons about working for PCI Industries is that they are a reletively small company so the benefits may not be a great as they would be if you chose to work at a larger compnay.
