Pros

Very co-operative team. They included interns in most of the company meetings and kaizen events.

Cons

Data collection not up to date. Quality standards not maintained and the management was not very effective.

Some good people work there. 401K match, Insurance benefits are OK, but not great

Cons

Senior management is poor. Very little or no training offered. Poor communication. No solid planning.
