Pros

Power Design has world class facilities and does a great job of internal training. As a young professional, I felt: encouraged, empowered, and a contributing member of the team.

Cons

The pay doesn't align with the cost of living in the area. There are rigid timelines for growth and opportunity as an internal entry level employee.
