-Good starting pay -GREAT co-workers -GREAT culture -Good middle management -Good starting benefits

Cons

-Seem to continue to overbid and run over their employees, good for short term but not sustainable -They’re constantly wanting to hear your feedback but nobody has seen any changes… -Upper management needs some serious work they are good people but are more focused on filling their pockets -Growing pains are very prevalent and you’ll be hit by it no matter your position -Often times you’ll be doing work outside of your job description -Working remote it almost impossible unless you know someone but everything can be done remote, this I just don’t understand
