Pros

This is my first job right out of college. During my initial interview I was told that I could earn between 70-90 thousand my first year. I decided to take the job thinking that even if this was a slight exaggeration, I would at least make 60 thousand. Turns out that everything they said in the interview was true and my first full calendar year I made 110k and put up over a million dollars in volume. The culture is amazing and I couldn't imagine a better work environment than the one we have at Power. Everyone in the organization truly wants to change the industry for the better and the executives genuinely care about the employees, and they show it with amazing bonuses, dinners, trips to Mexico, etc. The opportunities within Power are endless, and I am extremely happy that I decided to take this job.

Cons

Not a 9-5 job. You must work evenings and saturdays.

Pros

Like anyone seeing this company on paper and coming in for an interview I was definitely skeptical not sure i could really believe what they had to offer. I started at this company when I was 22 years old fresh out of college, and I could already see the room for growth the minute I walked in the door on my first day. I worked in the marketing department for 2 years where i made over 50 thousand dollars fresh out of college my first year, where I was then promoted to management where I made 65 thousand dollars the next year. I did all this working in the greatest environment you could imagine where you come to work everyday with your friends. I was promoted to remodeling consultant (sales) after my second year and have been there for around 4 months and the room for growth and potential has never been more evident and have been compensated heavily for it where I am already on pace to make over 100 thousand dollars this year at 24 years old. This company is not only life changing but also the best decision Ive ever made for my career and my life.

Cons

hours are a little crazier than usual but anyone looking for a solid path to success won't let that get in the way

Pros

Power Home Remodeling Group is an amazing company to work for. While the company has steadily climbed to the top of the list in the home remodeling industry, the company is a leadership development company first who operates within the remodeling industry. The dedication to personal growth is demonstrated by the two leadership conferences hosted every year. Company vacations, socials, promotions and awards are additional perks for individuals who hold themselves to a higher standard. I served in the Marine Corps and was able to transition my unique skill sets and find a new home with the company. Power HRG is a proud supporter of veteran initiatives to hire and promote the livelihood of veterans and transitioning military. The culture resembles the family feel and brotherhood shared in the Military. Power really affords everyone the same opportunities. The environment allows for driven individuals to thrive and accomplish all their dreams. At a time when the company is growing exponentially, such growth demands quality individuals and presents new positions and opportunities to lead. The kind of people who are excited by challenge and have an entrepreneurial spirit will do well with this company.

Cons

The biggest challenge to working at Power Home Remodeling Group is having a continuous willingness to evolve and adapt to the market demands. The fast paced company demands a certain caliber of individual who is never satisfied with punching the clock. While this is certainly a positive, this may be difficult for certain individuals to adapt to.
