Pros

Your potential is unlimited at Power. This is not your normal sales atmosphere. Sales to some is a dog eat dog world, but not here. From day one they welcome you in with open arms and are willing to drop everything at a moments notice to help out. Your earning potential is directly correlated with how hard you work and the effort you put in. I can think of no other place I would rather work than Power, this job has truly changed my life!

Cons

You must be ready to work hard and give maximum effort, if not, this job is not for you. The hours take a little getting used to, but once you do, (and you will) you will find yourself free to do things that a normal 9-5 just doesn't allow.

Pros

This is my first job right out of college and it's safe to say this is going to be my last. The earning potential is amazing and I can't even begin to describe the culture here. With making over triple figures in my first full year to company trips to Cancun, Vegas, Bahamas, Miami and the list goes on and on. The opportunity for growth in this organization is un real. In most professional work places to advance in the company you need to be there for 5-10 years. That is the exact opposite of powers view on this subject. If you want something go out and take it.

Cons

This isn't a typical 9-5 job. With that being said after being here for a few months you begin to become a custom to the schedule.

Pros

One of the perks of this job is the ability to earn a substantial amount of money based on performance. There are also monthly incentives to drive your initiative when pursuing your personal goals. Management ensures opportunities for training to prepare you for the role within the company. The appointments generated by the marketing department offer ample opportunity to close deals.

Cons

Although the work schedule is demanding in the beginning, quality sales production will ensure a flexible schedule over time.
