      Pros

      The culture is unbelievable! My colleagues are more like family, and there is unlimited potential to grow within the company. The income potential is limitless which makes your earnings directly related to how hard you are willing to work. The preparation, training, and support is the above and beyond to set an individual up to success. The people and company truly care about who you are as an individual, as well as your happiness and future. The company takes all employees on a vacation to mexico at the end of the year as well!!!!

      Cons

      The hours vary and can be difficult to adjust to at first. On occasion you will be asked to drive outside of your typical territory.

      Pros

      The culture is a HUGE part in why Power is where it is today. Whether its your first day or 5th year everyone acts as if they have known you forever. There is also uncapped earning potential.

      Cons

      Power is a very demanding job and not for everyone. The people who walk out of the doors at power are those who probably weren't going to work hard from the beginning and power will expose who you really are.

      Pros

      if you have no prior sales experience, this is a good company. very hard to move up but you will get good sales experience. they take you to cancun mexico for winter holiday.

      Cons

      very hard to move up. you literally have to go out and party with management and owners to get in good and move up. you are on the phone all day taking phone calls and its very tough to convert most of them. they use some good new leads, when the experienced reps dont get them first, some leads are literally years old and people dont even remember who we are or when they gave us their info.
