Pros

While working at power you'll experience the benefit of working in a fast paced environment with goal oriented people. Work environment is friendly and everyone seems to know each other. Every day is a chance to advance yourself within the company based on your sole performance. Management is supportive and approachable, and willing to help you meet your individual goals within the company. The monetary benefits of working at Power include base salary + individual and team bonuses based on performance. At some companies it may seem a far stretch to reach financial bonuses when they breakdown the numbers for you, however at power there is a good amount of money to be made when you dedicate yourself to the process and the company's message. Best of all, Power definitely provides you with the tools to succeed with individual and team training, and lots of it.

Cons

The work environment can sometimes be stressful and negative at times. With everyone trying to succeed in there own way, there can be rejection and and resistance with potential clients and sometimes even fellow employees. Balancing work and personal life is near impossible with long work weeks and hours. You're asked to dedicate a lot of time to the job and training to become better at it. The weather affects the company's success more than one would think because of it's marketing strategies, which ultimately lead to your pay being affected.

Pros

The culture at Power is incredible. I wake up every day excited to go to work. I love the people I work with and am thankful for the countless opportunities and benefits I have in being a Power employee. Prior to working at Power, I worked in the service industry making an abundance of money with little responsibility. Taking a job in a corporate office was not only a hefty pay cut, but also a scary step towards the real world. In less than two years, I have nearly doubled my salary, built an unbreakable confidence, reached goals I never imagined at my young age, grown to be a mentor among my peers, and been harvested for management. Power is what you make of it. It is an opportunity to work hard, play hard, and rise to the top. Power has shaped me into a professional go - getter, and I can't get enough of it.

Cons

Overcoming objection was the hardest adjustment to Power. In the office, Power is a competitive business, sales, and marking company and you must bring your A-game every day. Laziness is not accepted, and the schedule is demanding.

Power offers opportunities to grow in any role with the company. It doesn't matter if you have years of experience in sales, marketing, or operations or your new to the industry your given a fair shot. Everyone is extremely supportive and the training is excellent. The compensation is very lucrative and team building event occur frequently

Cons

The only negative would be the work hours. The schedule is a little difficult to get used to but once you do it gets much easier
