      Pros

      Pros are the field marketers are a great group of guys for the most part..but thats all.

      Cons

      Pay is very low for the amount of hours we work a day and the conditions in which we work. Management is poor, at least in the Chicago office it is. Long hours from 9 in the morning to 8 at night. Company uses the outdated marketing technique of going door to door.

      Pros

      Great work environment and if you were a top marketer there is great earning potential. the anual company vacation is all that its cracked up to be and working in a young vibrant office environment leads to great frendships between coworkers

      Cons

      Its easy to get burned out going door to door every day. Despite the seemingly fast paced time line of moving from marketing to sales, in over a year at power I only saw 9 marketers out of over 100 make the jump

      Pros

      The best part about this company hands down is the culture. Everyone in the office is fun, motivated, and supportive. I started slowly out of the gates, and my coworkers took countless hours of their own time to help me improve. When they could have been working on their own and making more money for themselves, they helped me instead. Our office understands that the success of our office as a whole far outweighs the importance of the success of the individuals at the top.

      Cons

      The unpredicatble schedule can be challenging. The work/life balance will take some time to get used to. That being said, with the office culture the way it is plenty of fun is had. The pros far outweigh the cons.
