      Pros

      Great place to work! The company is growing fast so there are a lot of opportunities once you start to develop a body of work. I have been with the company for over 5 years and have had the fortune through hard work to start in marketing then grow through sales and now be part of the operations division. The company has great training every step of the way and you are trained by employees that have been in your shoes. All of Power's leadership roles are internally promoted which helps to instill a unique culture. Check Power out is you are entry level or looking for a change! Plus you get an annual vacation...pretty sweet perk!

      Pros

      Very laid back but competitive work environment. Great training. Performance driven advancement. Easy to move into management roles. Great opportunity for those with strong work ethic. Excellent bonus structure allows for opportunity to make a lot of money. All inclusive trip for all employees at the end of each year.

      Cons

      Work until 8 nearly every day. Not much time for personal life during the week. Very difficult to reach higher level bonuses. High employee turnover.

      -Goals are clearly laid out, albeit most are unattainable aside from top 2 out of 75 plus people -Young work culture

      Cons

      -Pay structure makes reaching commission nearly impossible -No visibility/structure for promotions -Management has unprofessional attitude, treats employees as misbehaving children when numbers are below expectations
