Pros

-Great people to work with and a very young atmosphere -Extensive training and scripts for any situation -Ability to bonus and make extra commissions -Treat employees well (Company wide events and celebrations. 2011 took the whole company on an all expenses paid cruise to the Bahamas. Work hard play hard!) -Great place to get experience and make money -Work hard and compensated for it

Cons

-Long work hours (Training begins at 10 and you work until 8) -Very repetitive, say the same exact thing upwards of 200 times per day -Can easily burn out and has a high turnover rate (Many people don't like going door to door) -Not much room for upward mobility even though they preach it every single day but you never see it which also results in high turnover rate. -If you don't work hard then you won't make money

Pros

Great culture. Tremendous experience for personal interaction. If you do your job well enough, the bonuses will come and you will be recognized for it. If you aren't doing well, base pay is still decent and management is there to help train you.

Cons

Management was not up-front about some information in the interview. Specifically the hours. I find myself working longer hours than the 11-7 that was initially presented.

Pros

- Young/fun atmosphere - Management actually cares about employees - Solid training

Cons

- Door to door sales for long hours all year round - Little room for moving up (I'd assume there are more opportunities in newer branches) - Hours suck (usually 11 - 7 plus ~ 2 weekend days a month) - Poor pay - incentives/bonuses very difficult to earn - Constant rejection - people treat you're inhuman occasionally
